Track your parcel by following the link in your Shipment Confirmation email. This will be sent to you as soon as your parcel is shipped.

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it.

Our returns policy allows you to return any item within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it meets our eligibility criteria.

Currently, we do not provide exchange, but if you wish to exchange a product you can place a return for the product.
